AFLW Crows Star Courtney Cramey, will be at training on Friday 6 July from 5 – 6pm at Jet Park. Courtney will train with all three girl’s teams & give them a talk afterwards about her pathway to the Crows & what may lie ahead for them in AFL.

Courtney has a wealth of talent in Australian Rules Football and is one of the major movers and shakers in the development of women’s football in SA. Her recruitment to the Crows for the inaugural AFLW Competition was a fitting reward for pursuing her passion for the national game. She is an inspiration to any young person, but particularly to young women, around working hard to make your dreams a reality.

Having her come to train with our girl’s sides and share some wisdom is a fantastic opportunity and we thank Courtney most sincerely for making the time to come out.

Our girls have been doing really well, with sides in U10, U12 and U14 all showing fantastic improvement under the tutelage of the coaching team, who report the players are enthusiastic and keen to learn, and great parental support. This has shown dividends in on field success… The U12’s are sitting in 6th position in a division of 12 teams on 3 wins 3 losses, whilst the Under 14’s are on 2 & 4, also in 6th spot. The Under 10’s don’t play for points but are going very well with strong attendance at training and great match support. A familiar face on the sidelines too with Troy Hall taking on the coaching role!
