Change of leadership in the Reserves.. Farewell Scott, and Hello Trent.

After 5 years at the helm, much loved Reserves Coach, Scott Rayson (left in pic) is stepping down from the position. As many would know, Scott has two sons who play footy in other leagues, and the demands of senior coaching make it hard to support his lads in their football careers.
“It’s been a very difficult decision as I have absolutely loved coaching, and what we did this year was epic! Thanks to the footy club for giving me the opportunity to be involved and I wish everyone all the very best always. Thank you for all the great friendships and memories.” Scott said in his announcement to the playing group.
The club acknowledges it’s greatest appreciation for Scott’s service and wish him and his fabulous family all the very best.
Your Club also wishes to formally announce Scott’s replacement, and congratulate Trent Bromley on his appointment as the new Reserves Coach.
Trent will continue in the role of Under 16.5 Coach, a position he’s held for the past 4 seasons.
Trent has been assisting in the senior coaching group for the last couple of years and the step up is no surprise to anyone.
“Trent is a great addition to the coaching group. He’s a very passionate coach with exceptional communication skills, just a perfect fit for our young group.” Said Michael Doughty, Jets Head of Footy.
Trent’s appointment builds an even stronger bridge with the Juniors, and is another example of The Club’s commitment to developing our younger players and assisting their transition to senior footy, whether that be here at Kingswood, or in the higher leagues.
Your Football Operations Team is hard at work prepping for preseason and the year ahead, with announcements about exciting new recruits in the wind.
