DETAILS RE JUNIOR REGO FOR SEASON 2017

In order to secure their position in a squad, players must have their registration completed and fees paid by Sunday February 5th 2017 (Junior registration day).

The website link for registration is HERE.

Returning players will need their username & password, the weblink has a link to request this and this information will be sent to the email address that they used last season to register.

New Players wishing to register with the club can do so, however, it will remain a pending registration until all returning players have had a chance to register in accordance with league rules and club policy.

The fees for 2017 will remain as per 2016, as will the method of payments. Payment can be made on registration day from 10am to 1pm at the clubrooms (cash / credit card), or via direct deposit into the club's bank account. (See below).From January, an online registration option will be available.(Note an added 3.9% fee will be applied)

JUNIOR REGISTRATION FEES FOR SEASON 2017 – (unchanged from last season.)

Under 8 to Under 10 - $280 per player

Under 11 and up - $300 per player

Second and subsequent siblings receive a $100 discount off the respective fee.

Note: Your club is committed to providing members with the best possible facilities, equipment and support, on and off field, and endeavours to provide these services at a reasonable cost. The fees associated with compulsory affiliations, insurances, medical equipment, facilities maintenance and the like are largely met through membership subscriptions.

Child Safety:

Unley Football Club Inc takes the safety of all its members very seriously, particularly the safety of our junior members. All Officials of the club are required to have a current police check and in addition all coaching staff are required to have appropriate accreditation.

For safety reasons, and in case of emergencies, it is also expected that a Parent or Carer will remain at the ground during junior games. At all other times children participating in club activities must be accompanied by a designated responsible adult.

Parental involvement:

Please remember the Unley Jets operates due to the work of our volunteers. Parents/Carers are expected to assist in a range of tasks including goal umpiring, time keeping, assisting the coach, cooking the BBQ etc. These jobs are not onerous and Parents/Carers will be rostered on to assist with these jobs on a weekly basis. Most people will only have to undertake these roles 2 or 3 times in the season.

It is a condition of registration that parents/carers agree to assist when required.

We also encourage volunteers to help organise and coordinate activities throughout the year – it's great fun and a great way to connect with our great community.

We thank all parents and carers for their continued help which significantly contributes to the ongoing development of players and success of the Club.

The club does it's absolute best to keep people informed but we need you to also take an active role by connecting with the club in whatever way is most appropriate to you. To assist you, we have a number of communications strategies.
